Setting your entire face will keep your skin looking matte but also keep it bulletproof for the entire day or night.

For brows we really want metallic blue brows so use a water activated paint and you can control the consistency of this product with water so you can make it as watery or as creamy as you want.

For the eyes make sure to prime your lids first and then take lime green as first shade and apply it to your inner corners. Then take medium blue shade and apply it to lid and feathering up into the eyebrow and back towards your hairline. You need to blow this color out into a mask shape so kept blending the blue upward.

Step: 4

To get more foiled blue shade take shade Pegasus and pack it right on top and it will gives a beautiful Sheen. Then take dark green and put it right into the outer V area feathering this upwards towards your hairline just like you did with the blue shade from earlier.
