First prime your skin with something that will keep you hydrated and dewy under your foundation. Then apply matte and full coverage foundation for even and nice skin. Then apply concealer. To make sure everything stays in place set your under eyes and entire face with translucent powder. Setting your entire face will keep your skin looking matte but also keep it bulletproof for the entire day or night.
For brows we really want metallic blue brows so use a water activated paint and you can control the consistency of this product with water so you can make it as watery or as creamy as you want.
For the eyes make sure to prime your lids first and then take lime green as first shade and apply it to your inner corners. Then take medium blue shade and apply it to lid and feathering up into the eyebrow and back towards your hairline. You need to blow this color out into a mask shape so kept blending the blue upward.
To get more foiled blue shade take shade Pegasus and pack it right on top and it will gives a beautiful Sheen. Then take dark green and put it right into the outer V area feathering this upwards towards your hairline just like you did with the blue shade from earlier.
For lower lash line use a purple shade and buff it into the lower lash line and follow it upward along with the green. To deepen the outer V use shade Houdini because it has lot of green and blues and a little bit of gold in it so it really looks so much like a peacock. For the forehead area use yellow gold shade and buff it into the forehead area shooting back towards your hairline into the mask shape.
Then do wing eyeliner with black gel eye liner and create dramatic wing first and then also fill in the waterline. Then create some feathers on the outer corners with sketch marker and draw random lines that look like feathers around the corners. Then create bird-like inner corner to tear duct are by bringing eyeliner down further. Then put on long lashes and blue mascara.
Then take some rhinestones and apply them to outer corners of your face to frame your eyes. Also add two small stones to inner corners of your eyes for more definition.
For the cheekbones and contour use chocolate bronzer into the hollows of your cheeks, your forehead and also at your jaw line. Also use green or blue shade for contour and it will look really beautiful. For blusher use shimmery and natural blush. Then highlight your nose.
